When Legacy Buick GMC reached out to Faught Marketing two years ago, their intention was to set themselves apart and create more customized, relevant content that would better resonate with their audience and establish them as a new local brand.

The Harbor Center

Riverside urgent care

Before working with Faught Marketing, Riverside Urgent Care had been investing in traditional advertising without seeing much of a return. Once they started collaborating, the clinic was able to produce premium content and start promoting it on social platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

When the COVID-19 hit, Faught Marketing immediately reached out to their clients to find out what they had planned and how they wanted to communicate it to their customers. For some, it was about clarifying new safety protocols as they scrambled to adapt; for others, it was about staying relevant when operations were shut down.

In the case of Royal Carriages, Faught Marketing helped create and broadcast virtual walking tours. For Times Grill, that meant creating content around online ordering and curbside pickup.
